Application

1. Sodium thiosulphate can adjust the PH balance of water quality in aquaculture; it can also absorb organic suspended solids in water bodies, thereby purifying water quality.
2. Sodium thiosulfate solution can dissolve the unsensitized silver bromide in the developed photographic film into a colorless complex and remove it, so it is a commonly used fixing agent.
3. Reducing agent for dichromate when tanning leather.
4. In the paper industry, it is used as a remover after pulp bleaching.
5. In the printing and dyeing industry, it is used as a dechlorination agent after bleaching cotton fabrics, a sulfur dye for knitted fabrics, and an anti-whitening agent for indigo dyes.
6. Analytical chemistry is used as reagents for chromatographic analysis and volumetric analysis.

Storage

Stored in a cool and dry warehouse, prevent from being exposed to the sun and rain during transportation.It should not be stored and transported together with acids and oxidants.Prevent moisture from melting.If the package is damp, it means that the contents have become desiccated and must be stacked separately from the dry package.Can not be stored in the open air, on the damp package to handle.In case of fire, water and sand can be used.
